About this beta
Quotewise is in beta. All current beta features are free, with no account or payment details required. The full release may introduce paid features or plans. Pricing and any free limits have not been decided; details will be published before paid access is offered.
Quotewise is a software tool for preparing cleaning estimates. It does not provide cleaning services, book work, send customer messages or collect cleaning payments for you.
Your estimates and customer agreements
You choose the scope, labor, costs, margin and final price. Review every estimate before sharing it. Area allowances and service multipliers are editable planning assumptions, not measured industry standards, market rates or guaranteed durations. Individually assessed work uses your own labor plan.
Agree services, access arrangements, applicable taxes, payment and cancellation terms directly with your customer. An estimate generated here does not itself confirm a booking or create an agreement with Quotewise to perform cleaning.
Local drafts and exports
Drafts and common costs can be stored in this browser for seven days after their respective last edit. Storage can be unavailable or cleared. Keep any records you need separately; there is no cloud backup in this beta. Restored or changed estimates need final price confirmation again.
You are responsible for the information you enter and share. Only enter customer information you are permitted to use. The customer preview and downloads omit internal cost fields and private notes; review your own customer-facing text as well.
Acceptable use
Use the tool lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or enter or distribute information you are not entitled to use.
Availability and changes
The beta may change or be temporarily unavailable and may contain errors. We do not promise a particular business outcome, profit or estimate accuracy. Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Future paid access will be described before it is offered.
